Our premium, dry cured salami is naturally wood smoked and is free of all major food allergens (gluten, milk, peanuts, tree nuts, mustard, sesame, egg, fish, soy, sulphites).
Cured meats should be enjoyed at room temperature. For best results, do not refrigerate, even after opening.
